That offer represented only the beginning of an extensive campaign through which Apple Music it is promoted by many mobile phone operators on the planet.
More specifically, mobile phone operators in Great Britain, Australia, the USA, Germany and probably other countries around the world will offer Apple Music for free for 6 months for some customers. The promotion campaign of Apple Music is quite aggressive, those in Great Britain using the actor Kevin Bacon and Britney Spears to promote the promotion.
Of course, we are talking about 6 months of free Apple Music, which are not offered entirely at the expense of the operators, who pay only half of the period. 3 months are offered free of charge by Apple and 3 months are offered free of charge by the mobile phone operator, so the user practically receives another 3 months free of charge separately from the normal offer.
Apart from the free Apple Music, some operators are starting to accept the payment of Apple Music through the mobile phone subscription bill, so probably the applications will also be able to be paid in the same way.
