This evening the Apple company a released iOS 10 GM for developers of applications for the iOS platform, but in reality we are talking about iOS 10.0.1, according to the build. You can see in the image below, or even in your terminals, that this iOS 10 GM is actually iOS 10.0.1, with build 14A403, but everything is most likely an error.
Apple is definitely preparing iOS 10.0.1 for official release next month, but what it has given us now is just a possible build marked wrong by an engineer. Of course, it would not be excluded that we were actually given iOS 10.0.1 to test the improvements that will be offered in a few weeks, so anything is possible.
In any case, if you are going to install iOS 10 GM this evening, you should know that it is not a problem with your terminals, but that mark with iOS 10.0.1 is there.
