Huawei is "blowing down the neck" of Apple, announcing a sales record

Year after year, those from Huawei have increased their smartphone sales at the expense of other manufacturers, such as Apple, HTC, and many others. In 2016, the people from Huawei recorded an interesting record, managing to sell 9 million units of the Huawei P10 series in less than 9 months, this being the first series of products to be sold in so many units.

Huawei is getting very close to Apple in terms of smartphone sales, and with the P9 series it has demonstrated that it is capable of fighting the giants of the industry. Those from Huawei invest serious amounts of money to promote their products, and in return they manage to grow their sales globally.

In 2016, those from Huawei managed to substantially reduce the difference in smartphone sales compared to the Apple company and maintain the third position in the top of smart phone sales. In 2017, this distance between the two manufacturers could be reduced even more as iPhone sales could stagnate, or even decrease.

For Huawei, sales growth is still expected, even by almost 50% compared to 2016, so Apple must be very careful how it thinks about its products. Those from Cupertino had a lot to lose in China in front of Huawei, being outsold there by the Chinese manufacturer, and that doesn't seem to change any time soon.

At the moment, Samsung and Huawei are Apple's main competitors on the smartphone market, and this is clearly visible based on the sales that the three manufacturers register. If Apple will not look carefully at the companies with which it competes for the attention of customers, then it risks decreasing its sales even more during 2017, but also in the following years.
