Google Maps brings a major change for navigation

Google Maps, the most used online map service on the planet, has since the last few days a new function that is extremely useful for users. More precisely, Google Maps now displays Street View previews when the guided navigation function is used, so users know more clearly how to follow their path.

Google has not officially announced the launch of the new function, but some of the users of the Google Maps application for Android have started to see the change since the past few days. Basically, when Google Maps users create a guided navigation route to a specific objective, they will also have images from Google Street View displayed on their route.

Accessing the images displayed through the Street View module of Google Maps will allow you to view them at 360 degrees in order to get a better idea of the area where we are. Thanks to this new function of Google Maps, everyone will be able to orient themselves in space much more easily when they need guidance to certain points of interest that they need to reach.

This new function of Google Maps was tested for several weeks by the Google company with some of its users from various areas of the planet. The change is being launched gradually for various areas of the planet, so it is possible that not all users will see it right now, but in the next period.
