Twitter announces a new design for all users

Twitter, the famous microblogging network with hundreds of millions of monthly active users, announced during this day a major change for the design of its website and mobile application. According to those from Twitter, the design change is meant to make the entire mobile interface and applications faster and easier to use, solving many existing problems.

In the new interface we will have a side menu for navigation, with access to many sections of Twitter, everything being thought to be unified with the interface for Android. In iOS, the Twitter application will open the links in a Safari viewer that will allow quick access to the accounts from various used websites, various design changes to be displayed here by Twitter as well.

Next, the changes for Twitter will make the service easier for new users to use, with changes to the methods of replying to messages. All Twitter icons also have major design changes, real-time information about likes, retweets or comments are also displayed in the platform icons.

Twitter is trying to attract a new audience with this update for the application, the network being overtaken by Facebook for a long time, but more recently even by Instagram. The new interface for Twitter, on various platforms, will be gradually available in the coming weeks, but the application will be updated today to allow their activation in time.

"Last year, we told you exactly who we are (Twitter is what's happening!) and refreshed our brand. Today, with lots of feedback and ideas from you, we're refreshing our product too and making it feel lighter, faster, and easier to use. We listened closely and kept what you love. And for the things you didn't, we took a new approach to fix and make better."
