In version 69, Google Chrome implemented a modification designed to tell people whether or not they are logged into a certain service of the company, when they browse the Internet and access these services. Google Chrome displays in the upper right part of the address bar the icon of the profile picture of the user account from the Google platform, when we are logged into the account, everything to and which account is logged in to use the company's services.

Google Chrome will not have this icon removed from the address bar starting with version 70, but an option will be implemented to disable automatic logging into accounts depending on the Google service accessed. At the same time, Google says that the synchronization of data through Google Chrome with its services is done only if users actually ask for it, so not automatically, as some people have stated, so the data should be completely safe for users.
Starting with version 70, Google Chrome will also display information regarding the status of a user on the platform, i.e. whether the account shown in the icon in the browser is actually logged into the services or not. At the moment, all these changes for Google Chrome are being tested by Google with users who have installed the beta versions of the browser, and its final version should be released sometime around October, but a clear date is not known.
