Windows 10. NEW ISSUES for Computers

Windows 10. New computer problems are reported by users who have installed the latest update on their computers.

Windows 10 problems

Windows 10. Microsoft recently relaunched the October 2018 Update, only in November, and that's because it failed to solve the problems discovered by customers in the month in which it was initially supposed to offer the update. Overcoming this serious problem, those from Microsoft relaunched the update, and now Windows 10 users are reporting other serious problems with the operating system, some of which the company promises to solve, when it has time.

Windows 10. The first serious problem the operating system has is related to the Windows Media Player application, which probably not many people use anymore, but which is completely blocked when it comes to using the navigation bar for video. Users can no longer use this functionality of Windows 10 after installing the October 2018 Update on their computers, so they are forced to use other applications, and probably few use anything other than VLC anyway.

Windows 10. NEW ISSUES for Computers

Windows 10. The second big problem, which was discovered a few weeks ago, theoretically solved, but practically unsolved, has to do with the association of files with certain programs installed in computers. Unfortunately, users can no longer associate certain types of files from computers with Windows 10 with programs they have installed, so that they open them right from the first access, and Microsoft still does not have a solution for this problem either, much more serious than the other.

The venerable app, which has resolutely stuck at version 12 since the days of Windows 7, has suffered a little at the hands of Windows 10 build 17763.134 (aka the October 2018 Update, which finally appeared in November). According to the gang at Redmond, "users may not be able to use the Seek Bar", thanks to the gift of 1809. No more skipping to the good bits for you. More serious is the latter issue: borked Win32 defaults. Windows allows users to specify a default app to use to open specific file types.

Windows 10. Although the operating system has very big problems, on the US stock market the company registers a resounding success, managing to surpass Apple, as if everything is rosy and things are going exactly as they should. Windows 10 had problems right from the moment it was launched by the Microsoft company, and things will certainly not change whatever updates are released by the Americans, so you just have to be patient, or choose macOS.
