More precisely, those from RCS & RDS announced that at the end of 2018 they had 3.4 million revenue generating units for Digi Mobil on mobile telephony, and 1.2 million revenue generating units for fixed telephony, the numbers being quite good .

The problem is that compared to the middle of 2018, the situation has not changed at all, because then the operator had exactly the same figures announced now, so nothing seems to have changed in 6 months at Digi Mobil. Although between the middle of 2018 and the end of 2018 several hundred thousand customers were ported to the mobile network of those from RCS & RDS, in reality this does not seem to have changed in any way the total number of customers of the mobile operator .

It is very possible that RCS & RDS have corrected the situation in 2019, and it's clear that it's doing better than Telekom, which keeps losing customers from one fiscal quarter to another, but Orange and Vodafone have been growing for some time, with no records at the gatekeepers.
According to the Annual Report for 2018 of the parent company Digi Communications NV, at the end of last year, the branch in Romania registered 1,2 million revenue generating units (RGU), in the fixed telephony segment, and 3,4 million RGU, for the services mobile phone and mobile data.
RCS & RDS. We already know that Digi Mobil has the best prices among all mobile phone operators in Romania, but the low costs of the services are also reflected in their quality, which is lower than the other telecommunications operators. Even in this situation, RCS & RDS remains one of the largest telecommunications groups in Romania, probably with over 10 million revenue-generating units in the country, and 2018 was a year with record revenues for them.
RCS & RDS. It is very possible that 2019 will bring new revenue increases for the operator, especially if the number of Digi Mobil customers will increase, at the same rate as the number of customers for the rest of the services.
