WhatsApp has a new and extremely important function launched in the phone application some time after it was launched by the people from Facebook for users all over the world, but it's good that it still ends up here. We are talking about a function for WhatsApp that allows people to offer, or ask for, help in the event of a natural disaster through a platform specially created by the Americans.
WhatsApp has implemented support for this platform after until now only support was offered for Facebook Messenger, so people could not use another method to offer their help separately from that messaging platform. Considering that WhatsApp has a platform with 1.4 billion active users globally, it was expected that the implementation of support for it would come at some point, and this happened.

In the past, responses to requests on Facebook crisis response pages could only be sent with Facebook Messenger.”
Until now, WhatsApp has not implemented a platform to help people get in touch with people who need help following natural disasters, the platform being thought of differently until now.
