NASA constantly monitors everything that happens in outer space, and now we are talking about a new astonishing discovery made by the Americans, which shows us how much diversity there is beyond what we can perceive with our eyes. More precisely, those from NASA used the Hubble telescope to discover two galaxies that are so close to each other that they interact with each other through gravitational fields.
NASA chose the names NGC 6285 and NGC 6286 for the two galaxies, together they form a group that was assigned the name Arp 293, the American researchers saying that they exchange gas and dust with each other. This exchange of matter also changes the shape of the two galaxies, so NASA perceives them differently through the Hubble telescope depending on what is transferred between them during the time they interact with each other.

NASA is not the first to discover galaxies that are so close to each other that they interact with each other, the Americans managing to detect others in the universe that were very close in very similar ways. This time we are still talking about something that is recent, the other discoveries being made by NASA many years ago, but there we are also talking about other types of shapes, some of them even a bit more strange.
NASA uses the Hubble telescope to monitor as much as possible of the universe that surrounds us, and these two galaxies are at a great distance from ours, and similar ones are at least as difficult for researchers to discover. We are talking about a lot of work done to analyze the images that the Hubble telescope captures in the universe, but also about the technological limits that exist for it.
Next year, NASA will launch another, more powerful telescope, with the help of which it hopes to be able to analyze and discover even more of the universe that surrounds us at the moment, and may reveal even more secrets to us.
