Telekom registers a surprisingly high number of complaints per minute from customers in Romania, here is the figure revealed by one of its subscribers.

Telekom notifications

Telekom has an increasing number of complaints registered by customers on social networks, and not only because of the unexpected increase in prices starting on March 1, but also because of the disappearance of Eurosport. Those from Telekom started the year with two bad news for the customers in Romania, and they are complaining in large numbers because of the situation they are going through, one of them also publishing an image with their number.

Telekom had a comment published on the Facebook page by a customer dissatisfied with something related to the company, and along with it came an image with the number of notices published per minute at the company. According to this image, on February 6 at 08:00 in the morning, Telekom registered 14 complaints per minute, and a simple calculation tells us that only at 08:00 they would have registered 840 complaints from customers, a number huge, if we refer to a whole day.

Telekom could register, if the rhythm is maintained until the evening, even almost 10.000 complaints in a day from customers in Romania, which represents a huge volume of dissatisfied customers, daily. Of course, no figures are provided by Telekom regarding the number of people who are not satisfied with the services they receive, but it would be interesting to know how many tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands, of complaints are registered with Telekom every month .

Telekom has somewhere around 9 million customers in Romania, if I'm not mistaken, so tens of thousands of complaints per month is not that much, but if the rate of 10.000 complaints per day is real, then it is a huge number of complaints per month. It's hard to believe that Telekom has so many employees that they can solve all these complaints in a timely manner, and maybe that's where the price increase comes from, as they mention that they can't offer telephone help in good conditions without it.

Telekom is in the process of selling the divisions of fixed and mobile services in Romania, but the numbers of complaints show that those who will buy them could have enough headaches after the purchase.
