DIGI Romania has allowed its customers from all over the country to take advantage of something that no other telecommunications group currently offers, but it will all end tomorrow, according to the company. DIGI Romania launched a special promotion offering Romanian customers the opportunity to benefit from a 50% discount for 4 months for the extra 4K television option, and on March 29 this will expire for everyone.
DIGI Romania it still allows the activation of the extra option for the Digi TV digital subscription tomorrow, the only one for which it is offered, but after that it would expire, and not come again. This was the biggest discount period that DIGI Romania has offered for this extra option until now, so we are talking about a promotion that doesn't come that often to the company, and that disappears right from tomorrow 24:00, unfortunately.

DIGI Romania was the first telecommunications group to launch a 4K television station for customers in Romania, and at the moment it remains the only group that has its own. At the beginning of the year, DIGI Romania decided to add Eurosport 4K as an extra option, separate from DIGI TV 4k, so that now both are available for those who decide to activate their extra option to watch very high quality images on TVs.
"The 4K extra option is only available together with the DigiTV digital cable service and is compatible with TVs with UltraHD resolution, CI+ interface and a Digi Smart Cam. The promotion is intended for private customers and is valid between 28.02.2020 and 29.03.2020. The 4-month 50% discount promotion only applies to the 4K Extra option in the first 4 months after its activation, both to new subscribers to the Digi TV digital cable service who opt for the 4K Extra option and to existing subscribers to the Digi TV digital cable service who on the launch date of this promotion have not activated the 4K Extra option and who opt for this extra option."
DIGI Romania allows the viewing of these channels only by customers who have the latest generation 4K televisions, so if you don't have one, don't think that you will be able to see any transmission. It is also normal for DIGI Romania to limit in this way the possibility of watching the DIGI TV 4K channel for customers from its own network, just as it also happens with other telecommunications service providers, so we are not talking about something singular.
DIGI Romania could offer this promotion again in the future, but at the moment it is not known when, or if, this would happen again, so take advantage of the promotion now if you really want it.
