Ministry of Health: Announcement regarding the second wave of the Coronavirus

The Ministry of Health, through Minister Nelu Tataru, has been preparing for the second wave of the Coronavirus for some time, and the increase in the daily number of cases to over 300 in the last few days has made some people wonder if we have entered the second wave of the disease, yes, it seems that it is not really like that.

The Ministry of Health also says that although some hospitals in Bucharest are close to their maximum admission capacity, they do not agree with the discharge of asymptomatic patients to be treated outside hospitals, at least in this phase of the evolution of the pandemic.

"Evaluation at 6-7 days and discharge at 10 days remain in our perspectives, but under the conditions in which we will see that we have a decreasing number.

I hope it won't be the second wave yet, not only the authorities must act here, the civilian population must also act. There are still some rules, some precautions that must be respected. We resorted to the third wave of relaxation measures precisely counting on a civic spirit and compliance with certain conditions."
