The Ministry of Health, through Minister Nelu Tataru, reveals an essential condition for which a certain area can be quarantined, and according to him, if in a certain region of the country there is an infection rate of 3 people per 1000 inhabitants, can impose the measure of quarantine.
The Ministry of Health is not talking about the total quarantine of Romania, but of some neighborhoods in cities, entire cities, villages, or any kind of localities, which is perfectly normal, after all, and this is because I saw the same thing including in Suceava during the state of emergency.
