The Ministry of Health, through Minister Nelu Tataru, made a very important warning for all Romanians, one that they should know about right now, because it is extremely serious, aiming at lowering the age of infection of patients with the Coronavirus.
The Ministry of Health says that the average age of patients infected with the new Coronavirus is constantly decreasing, which shows us that younger and younger people are arriving in the hospital because of the infection, probably also because of the non-compliance with protective measures, which is a very serious problem.
"We are in the second phase or the second hump of the first pandemic wave. As you could see, in the last week, they are trying to stabilize the number of cases with that plateau in the saw. It is not just about us as a medical system, and this pandemic is not confined to the hospital. This pandemic cuts into the pre-hospital. (...) Compliance with some rules will lead to a decrease in transmission in the community and a decrease in the number of cases. In the last period, we have a decrease in the average age of infected cases, as we also have an increase in the number of serious cases in relatively young people."
