ING Bank says that at the moment any of his clients can withdraw money from ATMs just by using the HomeBank application on their phone and a code from there, even if they don't physically have the bank card at hand. By the end of the year, the access solution will be implemented in ATM locations with ING Pay or Apple Pay, and money withdrawals with both systems, and this is because it will be necessary to install NFC readers to offer everything.
