DIGI Mobile is one of the largest mobile phone operators in Romania at the moment, the parent company RCS & RDS still managing to do something that seemed impossible in a pandemic year, but here it is. To begin with, the people from DIGI Mobil registered an increase in the number of subscribers in Romania, in our country it is about an increase in the customer base of 6.9% in one year, until December 31, 2020, reaching 3.7 millions of subscribers.
DIGI Mobile it remains in 4th place in Romania in terms of the number of subscribers, something that will probably not change soon, considering the rate at which the operator is growing. On the other hand, in Spain DIGI Mobil is experiencing an incredible evolution, and if things go the same way in 2021, then it is possible to exceed the number of 3 million subscribers there as well, and in 2022 it could reach the following number of subscribers using services from Romania.

DIGI Mobile reached 2.6 million subscribers of mobile telephony services in Spain at the end of 2020, an increase of 600.000 customers, or 30%, compared to the same period last year. Spain is an incredibly profitable market for those from DIGI Mobil, and this is because the number of subscribers has increased there more than anywhere else, thanks to the operator's low prices, the company not having its own infrastructure in the country, but being an MNVO operator .
DIGI Mobile does not register in Romania an evolution as good as in Spain, and this despite the Corona virus pandemic that also paralyzed the country, as it happened here. Spain could become the most profitable market not only for DIGI Mobil, but also for RCS & RDS as a group, generating in 2020 no less than 274 million euros, out of a total of 1.3 billion, and it is expected that in 2021 this figure will increase.
DIGI Mobile has a lot of promotions in Romania, and in 2020 he did exactly the same thing, but despite this, there is still a serious problem that needs to be solved.
