DSU says very clearly what Romanians who have spent too much time in the sun, or in areas with very high temperatures, must pay attention to, the problems can be extremely serious for many people, especially the elderly.

Muscle cramps associated with excessive sweating, fatigue, thirst
Heat exhaustion manifested by dizziness, weakness, nausea, vomiting and headache
Heat stroke and heat shock: temperature over 40 degrees, absence of sweating, confusion, agitation, speech disorders, delirium, convulsions
