In March, Raiffeisen Bank announced some emergency measures that apply to customers from all over Romania, and which prove to be extremely important at the moment in our country. More precisely, those from Raiffeisen Bank decided to implement in the Smart Mobile application the possibility of donating money to United Way Romania to help the refugees from Ukraine during this difficult time that everyone is going through, and people answered the call.
Raiffeisen Bank says that 150.000 LEI, or 30.000 euros, were donated by its customers through the Smart Mobile application, the amount being one that will certainly help a lot of people. Until now, more than 500 people from Ukraine have been helped by the organization to which this money was transferred, but of course the number of those who will receive help will increase in the next period, and this is because there are enough resources now.
