Raed Arafat recorded the video clip below to talk to Romanians from all over the country about how the integrated emergency system in Romania was developed from 1990 until now, a very complex work being done in this regard.
"Today, I have included in the attached film some clarifications regarding the development of the integrated emergency system in Romania. There were several stages in the evolution of this system, starting with 1990 and until now.
We all participated in these stages, the population, political decision-makers from all the political formations that were once in government, and our international partners from countries such as Great Britain, USA, France, Germany, Norway and, last but not least, Switzerland.
If you have the patience to watch this recording, you will be able to understand many aspects and, certainly, some aspects that have recently been erroneously presented will be clarified.
Decisions made by politicians in certain areas have allowed us to transform the emergency system into a complex, integrated one that can face challenges."
