Military exercises of the Air Defense Battalions of the Army

The soldiers of the anti-aircraft defense battalions of the Romanian Army participated in a series of exercises that took place in Romania, and below you have all the details that the MApN representatives published.

"More than 300 soldiers from the anti-aircraft defense battalions of the Romanian Air Force participated, between May 9-18, in the largest military exercise ever, "AZUR 22.11", which took place in the Complex Shooting Range within the National Center of Air Defense Training "Brigadier General Ion Bungescu".

As a combat technique used by the military were anti-aircraft guns of caliber 57 mm, Radiotechnical Complexes for Shooting (CRT) and anti-aircraft installations MR4, caliber 14,5 mm.

The battalions had to solve several tactical situations, following a fictitious scenario in which an enemy attacks by surprise, and the air defense must react in the shortest possible time and repel the offensive, executing the deployment of military equipment to repel the attack from other positions shooting."
