Vladimir Putin requested the lifting of the restrictions imposed by the Western countries against Russia, and this is because they are beginning to make their effects felt, but the request is not coming for the first time, only that now the Russian president is offering something in exchange in case - would take the decision to raise them, possibly as quickly as possible.
Vladimir Putin says that Russia is ready to resume peace negotiations with Ukraine if at least some of the sanctions imposed on Russia are lifted, including those for food and fertilizer exports, and this after even the UN complained that a crisis world food is possible.
Vladimir Putin is now trying to offer in exchange for sanctions what he managed to block in Ukraine, the grains that can no longer leave the country, but also the fertilizers from Russia that no longer leave anywhere in the world and generate very serious problems with global production for various types of food products.
Putin claimed that "the Russian side is open to renewing dialogue with Kyiv" and repeated his demand that the West should lift sanctions to "increase food and fertilized exports."
