Last-minute ENGIE notification targeting all Romanian customers

ENGIE LAST MINUTE Notification Targets All Romanian Customers

ENGIE, a large supplier of natural gas and electricity services for many Romanians at the moment, sends all customers in Romania a last-minute notification regarding what is happening today throughout the country, as part of the celebration of the Little Union of Principalities Romanian, and the legal day off.

ENGIE tells Romanians which of its locations throughout the country will be open to go and find out any kind of information we need, or ask for help, and this is because we will not be able to do this everywhere, and this is not a surprise too big, as you can more than likely realize for yourself.

As in other years, those from ENGIE Romania limit their activity only to the island in Baneasa Shopping City, when it comes to the physical presence of its employees, but on the part of the Call Center we are talking about unavailability, except for the contact forms, through that we will be able to ask for help, and we could be called with answers.

ENGIE Romania rewards clients to access their accounts from the MyENGIE platform in the future, and here we are talking about access via a computer, or the application for iPhone and Android, both of which are available free of charge for any of the clients interested in obtaining access now.

Customer relations centers: On January 24, 2023, ENGIE's customer relations centers are closed. The exception is the ENGIE island in Băneasa Shopping City, which on this day will operate according to the normal schedule of the shopping center. Starting from Wednesday, January 25, the customer relations centers will return to their usual working hours.

On January 24, 2023, the Call Center number will be unavailable. Until then, you can use the contact form, and an advisor will answer you as soon as possible. Also, useful information about your consumption or bills can be accessed directly in your MyENGIE customer account.
