Extremely IMPORTANT message from E.ON that targets ALL Customers in Romania

Extremely IMPORTANT E.ON message It targets ALL Romanian Customers

E.ON is sending an extremely important message to customers all over Romania at the moment, one that everyone who benefits from the company's services should know about, and this is because the recommendation below can help us ensure that the invoices which are issued to us monthly, reflect reality.

E.ON explains below the fact that if we want to pay monthly exactly how much we consume, it is advisable to send the consumption index to the company, and this is because this is the only way we will receive an invoice only for the consumption we have actually made, not for what we have mentioned in the consumer agreement.

If we send the auto-read index to E.ON Romania every month, the invoices we will receive will have the exact consumption data, so that when a regularization invoice is issued, it will not have any amount in addition to the payment for us, because we have already sent accurate information about our consumption.

E.ON Romania helps Romanians to understand how to transmit consumption information as correctly as possible, and this is because this is the only way they have the chance to avoid regularization invoices with large payment differences between what was estimated for consumption, and what was found when their meter was read.

For an invoice that represents the actual consumption, we advise you to use the free index self-reading service every month. This way you don't pay anything in advance and avoid the differences in regularization invoices. Each place of consumption is allocated an interval of 7 calendar days in which you can send the index, before the date of issuing the invoice.

This interval appears on your utility bill and in your E.ON Myline account. The consumption differences recorded between two readings carried out by the Distribution Operator are highlighted in the quarterly regularization invoice: either as a payment difference or as an advance payment, as the case may be.
