E.ON EXTREMELY SERIOUS WARNING Customers all over Romania

E.ON, the company to which millions of Romanians from all over the country pay monthly bills for electricity and natural gas services, officially informs all of them about a serious warning related to the time required for bills paid with cards of energy to be registered in the system.

E.ON explains below the fact that if we choose to pay an electricity bill through the Romanian Post, using an energy card issued by the Romanian Government, then it could take between 10-11 working days until the payment is made be registered in the energy company's systems.

This period of time estimated by E.ON Romania is practically equivalent to 2 weeks, in calendar days, so you must pay the invoices in time so that they do not become due in the company's systems, and you may be issued, arrears of payment, or a disconnection notice.

E.ON Romania explains this very clearly for any of the Romanian customers who could end up in this situation very easily, and who might not have an explanation regarding the nature of the appearance of payment arrears, or a disconnection notice, even if they have paid the issued invoice, but they use the Romanian Post's payment service.

Where and how do you pay your utility bills with the energy card issued by the Romanian Government? Download the PDF invoice on your phone or laptop. You take pictures of the energy card and the identity card of the beneficiary. Pay the consumption bill using the energy card. In 5 days you will receive by email the confirmation of the document verification and the receipt related to the payment of the amount to E.ON.
