The Minister of Education made a series of last-minute decisions, which will be extremely important for schools, high schools, teachers and students throughout Romania, and this is because Ligia Deca decided, first, to announce the signing of an order for the modification of specific tests supported by the students of the bilingual sections, to obtain the section's special mention.
The Minister of Education also announces a new emergency ordinance for the granting of a career bonus in Romanian state education, Ligia Deca explaining below why it is important for the Romanian Government to adopt it, and to offer teachers this amount of money starting from 2023 .
"The order amending Order no. was sent for publication in the Official Gazette. 5.720/2012 regarding the organization and conduct of specific tests taken by the students of bilingual French-speaking sections in order to obtain the special mention "bilingual French-speaking section" on the baccalaureate diploma, with subsequent amendments and additions. According to the provisions of the order, the early test is organized in all bilingual high schools that are part of the project, starting from the last week of May until the end of the school year.

The professional development of teaching staff, especially in the context imposed by the need to digitize educational processes, aims at the awarding of digital teaching career premiums, for professional training courses, the purchase of IT equipment and other related information technology teaching equipment, as well as for the purchase of textbooks specialty, including to cover some individual didactic needs of teaching staff within the limit of a percentage of 30%."
