Many of you are probably bored with the look of the phone and want to customize it a little. In what follows, I will teach you how to do this in 3 simple steps.
This tutorial assumes that you have already downloaded the themes from the Internet.
Step 1
Open Cydia, search for and install Winterboard, then restart.
Step 2
Connect the phone to the computer and open ifunbox. Navigate to Library>Themes or in var/stash/Themes where you will copy the theme file.
Step 3
Respring the phone, then open Winterboard where the theme will be displayed. Check the theme in Winterboard then press the Home button. The phone will make a short respring and display the selected theme. To change it, enter Winterboard again and uncheck the theme, then press the home button to exit.
If you encounter other problems that are not covered by this tutorial, please ask me using the support page located here.

@Zaone: I installed Winterboard from Cydia and after I download a theme and tick it, I respring and the theme doesn't change some icons or the lockscreen is partially installed, so to speak.
It depends on whether the theme and dependencies are compatible with iOS 5.
