Jeff Williams, CCO-ul companiei Apple, este cel care se implica activ in dezvoltarea noilor produse, de la Apple Watch si pana la iPhone, el fiind interesat de evolutia lor.
Jeff Williams este cel care a fortat lansarea Apple Watch ca un smartwatch, nu un accesoriu vestimentar, si tot el a cerut o independenta mai mare fata de iPhone. Tot Jeff Williams a fost interesat de felul in care performantele iPhone 4 sunt afectate de noua carcasa din sticla, dar asta n-a putut duce la evitarea esecului Antennagate.
Tim Cook nu era vazut nici de catre Steve Jobs ca un om care sa fie foarte “aplecat” pe monitorizarea dezvoltarii noilor produse ale Apple, iar asta se cam vede acum. Tim Cook are foarte multe calitati, este un manager, aparent, bun pentru Apple, care are incasari si profit tot mai mari de la un an la altul, dar in ceea ce priveste produsele, uneori le vede pentru prima oara chiar la lansare.
