AppLock is a very interesting application for iPhone/iPod touch which, through a combination of keys, blocks all Springboard applications, preventing the opening of any of them. The application is based on a combination of keys similar to those used on telephones Nokia to lock/unlock the phone, to lock/unlock the Springboard. To block all applications, you must do the following key combination: press twice the volume + button and twice the volume - button, after which a message will be displayed on the phone screen informing you that the applications have been blocked, and to unlock the applications press: 2 times the volume button - and once the volume + button and you will be greeted by a new message that will inform you that you have unlocked the Springboard.
I know that the locking/unlocking methods are a bit complicated, but they can be changed from the application options, having the freedom to choose how you want to do the locking/unlocking, while there is also an option to automatically lock everything.
