FreeAppADay : Rope\'n\'Fly – free app of the day

FreeAppADay, the project we talked about almost 2 weeks ago debuted today with the second free application, the first being launched on the day of the publication of the announcement for the start of the project.

As I said in the article presenting the project, under its umbrella some big names from the game development industry gathered for iPhone / iPod Touch who propose to promote their products by offering a free application every day AppStore.

According to the people behind the project, this is a very long-term one, being scheduled to take place throughout 2010, which means that we will benefit from over 300 free applications for iPhone / iPod Touch, I just hope they offer us something of quality. I will try to keep you updated with all the free applications that will be offered every day.

Today's free app is Rope'n'Fly :

Rope'n'Fly it's a very interesting little game, basically you have a little man who falls from a great height and you have to press the screen to hang him on a building with a rope that will pull him forward and you have to do this for as long as possible to get a high score. The idea is borrowed from the movies with Spiderman, I say, namely when he throws the web and "flies" from one building to another to get to where he is needed.

It's a nice application, good for boring moments and nothing more. If you are interested, you can take it for free from anything AppStore, US link here, Ro link here.
