Assassins Creed 2: Discovery - release date announced & Lock Vibe add-on

Not even a week after the "launch" and withdrawal from the AppStore of the last game in the series Assassin's Creed, Discovery, the official announcement related to the launch also appeared, Ubisoft announcing that starting February 1st, an updated version of the game will become available through AppStore. I say updated because last week a "beta" version was released, let's say by mistake to those from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, a version that was quickly withdrawn but not before reaching the hands of several enthusiasts who managed to share their first impressions about the game.

Considering that that version has most likely undergone some changes for the time being, we are waiting for the official version that will be sold at the price of $9.99 or €7.99 and it should be noted that the officially announced price is $2 lower than the one with which the application appeared initial. Keep your fingers crossed if you like the game, I hope they release something worth the money.

LockVibe is a small add-on for iPhone / iPod Touch which adds the "vibrate" option for many phone functions. Basically, it's an option that exists on most mobile phones and basically the phone will vibrate when you open an application, for example, when you increase/decrease the volume, when it will automatically lock, etc.

For those who want to customize their phone a little more, it is quite an interesting add-on and brings something new to them iPhone / iPod Touch but be careful that the constant vibration will have a serious impact on the battery life, so use it with care. Here are the addon options:

  • Lock – Unlock;
  • Start application (namely when we press the icon);
  • Autolock;
  • Volume controls;
  • Fashion editing;
  • Spotlight (when it is called).

LockVibe can be downloaded from Cydia from the repo BigBoss but for now it's a beta version that still has some bugs, so be careful.
