Icon Renamer is a new tweak available in Cydia that basically does exactly what its name says, that is, it gives us the opportunity to change the name of icons directly from the homescreen without much effort. Changing the name is done by simply long pressing on an icon, just like in the deletion procedure, the icon will start to shake and you will automatically see a new window open in which you can write the new name of the application.
The tweak is available for free in Cydia in the BigBoss repo.
