2 days ago I told you that in the Skype application for iOS there is an extremely important vulnerability which gives hackers the opportunity to copy our address book by simply entering a Javascript code in the username with which they log in to the Skype network. After announcing the existence of the vulnerability, those from Skype they admitted that it exists in the application for iOS and they announced that they are working on solving the problem, but in the meantime they recommend users not to add people they don't know to their friends list and who could harm them.

We are working hard to fix this reported issue in our next planned release which we hope to roll out imminently. In the meantime we always recommend people exercise caution in only accepting friend requests from people they know and practice common sense internet security as always.

Of course, launching an application that solves problems could take a long time, so I recommend you to be very careful with who you talk to because anyone can steal your contacts without you knowing. The process takes place during a simple conversation without the user having the faintest idea that at that moment all his contacts are copied to the hacker's server.
