Last night I was telling you that the developer of the Facebook application for iPad resigned from his position at the company that owns the social network, being frustrated by the fact that the respective application was not launched in the App Store. Shortly after the publication of this information, those from Mashable announced that Facebook could present on October 4 the new application dedicated to iPad tablets during the presentation conference of iOS 5. In addition to the application for iPad, Facebook would have prepared a new version of the application for iPhone but also a new mobile version of of the site made of course in HTML 5. Apparently the delay in the launch of the Facebook application for the iPad would be due to the differences between the 2 companies, but having Google as the main "enemy" it seems that Apple and Facebook could join forces and applications for iDevice- uri could be just the beginning.
The image above is just a concept of the possible integration of Facebook in iOS 5, something completely possible if the differences between the 2 companies were left aside to compete with Google. These kinds of concepts have been presented in the past, but for now none of them have taken shape, and no information has been discovered in the internal files of iOS to indicate that Apple would think of something like this. Whatever the situation, it seems that on October 4 we may have some surprises from Facebook.
