LG Optimus LTE2 – the first smartphone with 2 GB RAM

LG is one of the manufacturers that has lost a very large part of its market share on the smartphone market and belongs to the category of those that I get 1% of the profit of the entire industry of mobile phone manufacturers. Even so, LG innovates and their latest "innovation" is the implementation of 2 GB of RAM in a smartphone. LG Optimus LTE2 it is the first smartphone that has 2 GB of RAM included and to be honest I don't really understand why they were needed, considering that the rest of the high-end Android smartphones do very well with 1 GB of RAM.

The smartphone also comes with a bigger battery, a better screen, but 2 GB of RAM in a smartphone? The implementation of quad-cores is useless, but what would 2 GB of RAM be useful for? At the moment, some manufacturers have not understood that the "war" is not won by hardware specifications but by functions, and the LTE2 has no way to "take on" another popular smartphone on the market.
