Android terminals violate 11 patents of Apple and Microsoft

Many companies have accused Google of building its Android OS operating system without taking into account the possible existence of patents for certain of its functions. Those from Google let the manufacturers of Android terminals fight in court with the various companies that claim that the Android OS infringes their patents, and so far it has been proven that Google has used technologies protected by 11 patents without right. Apple and Microsoft are the companies whose patents have been invoked in court and for which unlawful use has been proven, but of course there is a whole suite of other companies that claim the same thing.

Of course, there are dozens of lawsuits filed in courts all over the world, lawsuits in which hundreds of invention patents are invoked, but for these 11 patents (9 of Apple and 2 of Microsoft) the infringement was definitively proven. Those from Google have to defend Android in many important countries around the world, and that's because in its construction they used technologies belonging to other companies without right. Unfortunately, the lawsuits will not end only with sales bans because Google or Android terminal manufacturers could be forced to pay for the infringement of authors' rights. Here you find the list of the 11 patents for which the courts have awarded the petitioners, but I think that by next year it will be double or maybe even triple.
