Phill Schiller talks again about the problems generated by the copying of iDevices by Samsung

In the morning I presented you with a very interesting statement of the SVP of the company's marketing division Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, Phil Schiller, this stating that iPhonewas a product on which the future depended Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),. The statement was made during a testimony given in front of a court judging a trial between Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), si Samsung, a process that resumed today. During this day Schiller continued his revelations, stating that the copying actions of iDevices, made by Samsung, have made it difficult for the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), to differentiate its products on the market and to promote them properly in front of customers.

This was an incredibly important time. As this [infringement] has been occurring, it's harder for us to get new customers and bring them into our ecosystem. ...the product as the hero, highlighting features and capabilities that differentiate its devices from all others on the market. But Samsung's devices caused consumers to question our design skills in a way they never used to. It looked exactly like the iPhone, so much so that people might confuse it.

Schiller stated that Samsung's products resembled iPhones so well that users did not easily distinguish between them and asked questions about their design, not knowing that the terminals are not produced by Apple. Because of this, the American company had problems in properly promoting its products and directing people to the real iDevices, and if you have seen advertisements for the first terminals Samsung Galaxy, then you must have noticed how much they resembled iPhone 3GSFor example.

Schiller's testimony, along with other Apple employees and intellectual property experts, are intended to convince a panel of jurors to award the American company compensation of 380 million dollars based on the violations made by Samsung.
