Apple Music works with iTunes 12.2 pe PC si Mac to allow access to listening to music and Beats 1 Radio, but the problem is that Apple has not yet released iTunes 12.2 for users.
In the image above you have the error message displayed when trying to access Apple Music directly from a PC or Mac, so iTunes 12.2 it should have been released by Apple, but it seems that this did not happen.
iTunes 12.2 has not been made available to developers of applications for the iOS platform through the portal dedicated to them on the Apple website, so for now there is no method to access Apple Music from Mac or PC at the moment.
That said, you'll have to wait until iTunes 12.2 is available to access Apple Music on your PC or Mac.
