Apple confirms the increase in the limits of songs saved in iCloud

iCloud Music Library limitThe other day I told you that certain users have iCloud they noticed that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), increased the maximum limit of songs that can be attached to their Apple IDs and saved in iCloud, the change being confirmed by Apple.

The vice president of Apple's online services division, Eddy Cue, confirmed that starting last week, Apple Music users can save up to 100.000 songs in their iCloud accounts that they can listen to even offline if they ever want to.

Practically a person who has Apple Music can synchronize songs from the computer with iCloud through iTunes Match, if the service is officially offered for it, or can attach songs from the iTunes Store to the account or through Apple Music, they can also be downloaded to computers or iDevices.

Increasing the maximum limit of songs from 25.000 to 100.000 brings a huge benefit to those who have very large music libraries because they will now be able to attach 4 times more songs to their accounts, Apple being praised these days for the change of strategy.

Considering that Apple Music is officially available in Romania as well, you can attach up to 100.000 songs to its iCloud library, but of course you will not be able to use iTunes Match to synchronize songs from computers with iCloud.
