Facebook Messenger has a new front page interface

application Facebook Messenger was updated last night without Facebook announcing what it implemented, but in an article published on its own blog, the American company confirmed that it is a major change for the interface of its application.

As you can see from the video clip below, those from Facebook they thought of completely changing the interface of the front page of Facebook Messenger, the long list of conversations held by us being replaced with a modular interface that offers more options.

More precisely, Facebook Messenger now shows us the most recent conversations, the people with whom we have the most conversations on the network, the birthdays of our friends and which of our friends are active on the network when we open the application.

By making this change, the Facebook company believes that it will offer us new and better ways to have conversations with our friends, and some could find out more easily which of their friends is celebrating their birthday, or who is active at that moment, for to talk to him.

The change implemented for the Facebook Messenger interface is the most radical one offered by the Facebook company in the last year and will probably be the last for a long time because Facebook does not change its Facebook Messenger application too often.

Facebook Messenger has over 900 million monthly active users and Facebook believes that a major change to the application's interface was needed to encourage users to have more conversations with each other, but it remains to be seen whether this will happen.
