How to disable the Raise to Wake function of iOS 10

Raise to Wake, is one of the most useful functions implemented by the Apple company in iOS 10, it allows us to activate a system that turns on the screen when we pick up the iPhone from the table, or take it out of our pocket, and turns it off when the action is performed reverse.

Practically, we no longer have to use any button to see what unread notifications we have in the LockScreen, iOS 10 showing us this right from the moment we pick up the terminal from the table or take it out of our pocket, the function being extremely useful and I can't help but glad Apple implemented it for our iDevices.

If you are still not happy with the Raise to Wake feature of iOS 10, well then there is also a method to disable it, although I do not recommend doing this because you will gain absolutely nothing by disabling this system from our terminals.

Here's how you can disable the Raise to wake function in iOS 10:

  • Access the Settings application, Configurations.
  • Access the Display and Brightness menu, Screen & Brightness.
  • Press the Raise to wake deactivation button.

I already told you like only iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus and iPhone SE they are compatible with the raise to wake function, so don't expect to benefit from it in other iPhone terminals because you won't have such joy from the Apple company.
