Tim Cook: we try to get into all aspects of customers' lives

As part of an extensive interview published during this day, an American publication revealed a multitude of extremely interesting information regarding the way of operation and organization of the Apple company, among the details being the one regarding the reason for the public testing of beta versions of iOS.

Talking with Tim Cook, the journalists learned from the president of Apple that his company is trying to develop products and services that capture our full attention, from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to bed, many of them already succeeding in this thing.

Tim Cook says that Apple tries to help customers to carry out their lives much more easily, whether they do physical exercises, go to work, work on important projects, or sleep at night, those from Cupertino having something for each of these actions, but also for many separate ones.

We want to be there from the moment you wake up until you decide to go to bed. Our strategy is to help you in every part of your daily life. Whether you are sitting in the living room, on the computer, on the phone, or in the car.

Speaking about the criticism that Apple is on a dangerous path that leads to bankruptcy, the president of Apple is not afraid that the decisions he has made so far could negatively affect the company he leads, on the contrary, he is confident in the future or happy with the products that are under development.

Moreover, Tim Cook states that Apple is not a perfect company, but that it is always in search of perfection, although quite often it happens that it is very far from achieving this goal, important for him being the situations in which the company is able to recognize the moments in which it was wrong.

The way I look at things is different, in the sense that I know the truth. Apple is not a perfect company and I never said that. I said that we seek perfection, but that sometimes we are far from achieving it. The most important thing is to have the courage to admit when you were wrong. But can you change? The most important thing for me as the president of Apple is that we have the courage to do this.
