Facebook tells you what your friends are talking about

Facebook is testing a new function that tells us what our friends are talking about in the social network, in case we lose the updates.

Facebook is testing a new function with some of the users of the social network, the American company trying to bring to our attention some discussions that our friends have. More precisely, in the News Feed of the Android application, those from Facebook have implemented a special menu called What friends are talking about, where the most recent statuses published by them are listed.

Although Facebook normally displays this information directly in the News Feed, if you have many friends, there is a possibility of missing some of the discussions, so Facebook tries to bring them back to your attention. You can see in the picture below what the box in which these statuses are displayed looks like, they are briefly hidden just to draw our attention.

Facebook is always trying to give users news for using its social network, so a box like this should reconnect us with some friends. Of course, everything depends on the number of friends you have and how often you interact with them, so it's hard to say under what conditions this menu will be displayed for us.

For now, Facebook is testing everything within the mobile applications and the desktop version, so it is not known if or when the function could be activated globally. In this idea, do not try to look for it now because you will not find it in any section of Facebook, so you will have to wait for it to be officially launched by the company.
