Apple is investigating the AirPods problems

At the beginning of this year, we told you that Apple's new AirPods have some Troubleshooting when they are connected to the iPhone. According to a growing number of users, AirPods disconnect and reconnect by themselves during phone calls, preventing normal conversations.

A lot of people complain on Apple's discussion forums about this problem, and the disconnections only happen during phone calls. Some people have contacted Apple, while others have replaced headphones in the company's stores, and those in Cupertino are starting to take the problem seriously.

For now, it seems that only those with iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus seem to have problems with the new AirPods headphones, while iPhone 7 terminals allow use without problems. Although initially it was said that the problems only occur if users have an Apple Watch connected to the iPhone during use, it seems that any kind of Bluetooth device connected at the same time as AirPods to the iPhone generates the problems.

The only temporary solution discovered by Apple recommends users to use a single AirPods headset to make phone calls using the iPhone. In this situation it seems that disconnections no longer occur, but of course we are talking about an inconvenience that many people would like to avoid as much as possible with a pair of 180 euro headphones.

If you have similar problems with these AirPods headphones, you will have to wait for them to be solved by Apple.
