Samsung Galaxy S8 Breaks Sales Records

The Samsung Galaxy S8 has broken the sales records of the Galaxy series set by previous models, according to new information.

Samsung Galaxy S8 continues to break sales records, according to most probably even managers of the Samsung company, despite analysts' estimates. It seems that only in South Korea, the "home" country of Samsung, the Samsung Galaxy S8 would have sold no less than 1.3 million copies in the 2 months of availability, a record for Koreans.

It would seem that the Samsung Galaxy S8 is more popular than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, collecting 1 million sales of the entire amount, a sign that people do not necessarily want very large terminals. This does not mean that phablets are no longer popular, because the Samsung Galaxy S8 has a screen with a diagonal of 5.8 inches, very large by today's standards, but also old smartphone models.

Korean analysts were of the opinion that the Samsung Galaxy S8 has lost its popularity among customers due to the fact that many of them are eagerly waiting for the iPhone 8. If we look at the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S8 series has collected 1.3 million sales in 2 months from the moment of launch, it is quite likely that the respective analysts will not be so wrong with the statements made.

However, since we are talking about a record sales for the Samsung Galaxy S8 series compared to the previous ones, things are looking good for Samsung. The company is going through such a good period thanks to the Samsung Galaxy S8 series, that the price of a Samsung share has reached the value of 2123 dollars on the local stock exchange, but the increases will not stop here, according to analysts.

Because the Samsung Galaxy S8 series still shows interest, those from Samsung intend to launch two new versions of the smartphones. A version of the Samsung Galaxy S8 will have the color Blue Coral, the second one having a pink color, and separately from them it seems that there will also be a Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, which could be a bit more powerful.

"Samsung Electronics' Galaxy S8 has recently seen its Korean sales exceed the 1.3 million mark, continuing its sales momentum since its April 21 launch. The S8 and its bigger-screen variant S8+ attract about 11,000 to 12,000 new buyers per day — the highest figure within the nation's premium handset market. "

Of course, Samsung has not yet disclosed real figures regarding the sales of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and probably won't, so we don't know how the situation is at the global level. Regardless of how things have evolved for the Samsung Galaxy S8 series globally, it is unlikely that they will have registered a success similar to that of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus series launched in the fall by Apple.

Having said that, the Samsung Galaxy S8 is still "doing well", but the imminent launch of the Samsung Galaxy S8 will most likely present problems starting in the fall.
