iOS 11.2 vs iOS 11.1.2 – Battery Life Compared on iPhone

iOS 11.2 today has the battery autonomy compared to that of iOS 11.1.2 to show us what we will get on iPhone and iPad after installation.

iOS 11.2 has battery life compared to iOS 11.1.2 pe iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone SE to show us which of them offers the longest period of use. I've been using iOS 11.2 since the first beta version and I can say that both in the iPhone 7 Plus and in the iPhone X I had the best battery life offered by the Apple company on any phone to date.

iOS 11.2, as you will see in the video clip below, offers a higher battery life than iOS 11.1.2 on almost all iPhone models except the iPhone X. According to the person who made the video clip, in the case of the iPhone X battery autonomy decreases by up to one hour of use compared to iOS 11.1.2, while in the case of the rest of the phones we are talking about an increase in autonomy of approximately 30 minutes.

iOS 11.2 vs iOS 11.1.2 – Battery Life Compared on iPhone

iOS 11.2 kept my battery autonomy at a high level regardless of which beta version I installed on iPhone X, so the result of the video clip below does not apply to me. Despite this, it is very possible that in your case the iPhone X will have a lower autonomy in iOS 11.2 than in iOS 11.1.2, but it is also possible that other iPhone models will go through this.

iOS 11.2 should improve battery life on most iPhone models, but also on iPad tablets, and the increase can be quite large in certain cases. We are talking here about a 30-60 minute increase in daily use of phones running iOS 11.2, but it all depends on how you use your phones and tablets in your daily life.

iOS 11.2 will have different autonomy for everyone precisely because of the different way of using iDevices, so no matter how much you get, you have to keep this aspect in mind.
