More precisely, last year Microsoft announced the launch of Windows 10 S especially for customers in the educational environment, this being a special version, better secured, which would only run certain types of applications.
Windows 10 had this version developed as a separate one from the others, but it seems that Microsoft gave up on the idea and, instead, will offer a so-called "S Mode" in the standard versions of the operating system. Activating this "S Mode" in Windows 10 will activate a series of protection measures that will greatly limit the programs that can be run on the computers of users using the operating system.
