iOS 11.3: Important Function Activated Automatically upon Installation

iOS 11.3 has a very important function activated automatically after installation on iPhone and iPad, the Apple company announcing this just last night.

iOS 11.3 Function Activated Automatically

iOS 11.3 has a function that the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), promised it 8 months ago, as it was intended to simplify the sending of messages from iPhone and iPad, or Mac. I'm talking about the function Messages in iCloud, Messages in iCloud, this function automatically synchronizing all user messages between all iPhones, iPads and Macs logged in with the same Apple ID in iCloud and with the function active.

After months and months of waiting, iOS 11.3 finally brings it to iPhone and iPad, and Apple says that this feature is automatically activated for some users. More precisely, users who have installed iOS 11.3 and activated 2-step authentication, together with iCloud Backup, will automatically have the Messages function in iCloud activated on their iDevices.

Apple says that after users install iOS 11.3 and open the application Messages, will be notified about the existence of the function for iPhone and iPad. If they meet the two criteria mentioned above, they will have to disable Messages in iCloud so that their messages are not automatically transferred to all iDevices logged in with the same Apple ID.

"iOS 11.3 beta includes Messages in iCloud for testing and evaluation purposes. Messages will prompt users to turn on Messages in iCloud on first launch after upgrading to iOS 11.3 beta. Please note that Messages in iCloud is automatically enabled for users who have two-factor authentication and iCloud Backup enabled.”

iOS 11.3 allows the activation and deactivation of the Messages function in iCloud through the iCloud administration menu in the Configure, Settings application of the iOS operating system. If you have several iDevices logged in to the same Apple ID, I recommend that you disable this function immediately after installing iOS 11.3 so that your messages are not transferred to all of them.
