Google Maps starting today has a new special function created by the company Google for users who use the platform globally, it being implemented in beta version for testing on phones. Google Maps has this function implemented at the moment only for Android phone users, it will also reach the iPhone, they will see notifications reminding them to give reviews to the places they visit.
Google Maps has a special platform where users can leave reviews for places where they eat, drink, or just have fun, and this function is meant to remind them to leave a review for each place. Google Maps practically reinvents the idea of reminding people to leave reviews for the locations they visit, and this because now the reviews can be left directly from the notification, without accessing the application.

Google Maps greatly simplifies the functionality of adding reviews for places that people visit, and this helps more users to discover good locations where they can eat, drink, or have fun. Google Maps displays these notifications based on the locations we visit using the application, so it must know where we have been in order to be able to ask us to leave a review for that place, our monitoring being the basis of it.
Google Maps is currently testing this feature with Android users to see how many people would be interested in using it, or if it would help increase the reviews left for various locations. It is not yet known when this new function will be publicly launched for Google Maps users around the world, nor if it will be tested on the iPhone, but it will definitely be offered on both platforms in the end.
