Windows 10. MAJOR change for Computers

Windows 10. A major change for users' computers is being prepared by the Microsoft company, here is when it will be officially launched.

Windows 10. Microsoft is also preparing an important change in the 19H1 version of the operating system, which is scheduled to be released during April, as some of you probably already know. Today we are talking about a new function that is intended for those who want to better manage the storage space that Windows 10 takes up with updates, the functionality being separated from the one that allows postponing updates by a week.

Windows 10. The Microsoft company will allow all its users to reserve up to 7 GB of computer space to download operating system updates there before they are actually installed. It is very possible that over time some people have complained because the space they have in their computers was not enough to install updates dedicated to Windows 10, so this function is meant to help everyone.

Windows 10 will allow you to reserve storage space for updates

Windows 10 backup storage

Windows 10. The feature allows people to use whatever storage space they want on their computers without having to worry about not being able to install the updates that Microsoft releases frequently for everyone. Of course, the function can be modified at any time by Windows 10 users, so that if the space they have available is no longer enough, they can reduce the amount that has been reserved to download updates from Microsoft.

Windows 10. It is interesting that the operating system, at Microsoft's request, can change the allocated storage space, if the updates occupy more space than the allocated one, all without the user knowing. All files created during the update of the Windows 10 operating system will be automatically deleted after the update is finished, so the space will not be occupied unnecessarily, and the function will be active in tandem with the Storage Sense, designed to manage computer storage space more efficiently.

Windows 10. This new function, along with many others, will be available in April as part of what will be called the April 2019 Update, but that's only if everything will be well enough prepared for launch.
